1 Acceptance & Applicability

By accessing or using the pjok2 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, games, and features of pjok2 — from visiting the website to creating an account, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings.

These terms apply to users located in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on pjok2, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• Each person may open only one account.
• The name, phone number, and payment account (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay) used during registration must all belong to the same person.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.

2.2 Updating Your Information

If your contact details or payment method change, notify the pjok2 support team as soon as possible. pjok2 is not responsible for any delays or complications with withdrawals caused by outdated information.

3 Age Verification

All pjok2 services are for persons aged 21 and above only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

pjok2 may request a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals and other features may be temporarily suspended if verification documents are not submitted.

If it is found that an account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited into pjok2 using the following methods:

• Upay — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Withdrawals

A minimum balance of ৳800 is required to make a withdrawal. Funds will only be sent to the payment account used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not possible.

Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete. This may take a little longer if verification or security checks are required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pjok2 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete betting equivalent to 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are claimable for your own account only — not on behalf of another person's account.
• If fraud or misuse is suspected, pjok2 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend the account.
• Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses will be forfeited before an account is closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet on pjok2 is considered final only after it has been confirmed by the platform's system. pjok2 reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.

6.2 Betting Restrictions

• Placing opposing bets on the same event using two accounts (arb betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Using planned betting strategies to exploit account or bonus terms is prohibited.
• No bet will be accepted after the outcome of an event has already been determined.

6.3 Game Results

The results of all games and bets are stored in pjok2's server logs. In the event of a dispute, the server log data will serve as the final record. If a connection is lost during a game session, the result will be determined based on the last saved state.

7 Security & Fair Play

pjok2 is committed to providing a secure and fair gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your personal information and transactions fully protected.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical exploit.
• Hacking or any attempt to breach the platform's security.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Operating multiple accounts.
